We will work with you to narrow down to the REASON behind your pains, fix it and teach you how to prevent it going forward.
What we do is simple:
Detect
If we determine that your problem has a chiropractic solution, we will explain what it will take to help you. If we can not help you we will tell you who can.
Correct
Help you fix your problem (where possible) to get youto your health goals. To do that, we follow a 3 step process:
- pain relief- feel better as quickly as possible.
- stabilization- stop the damage and getting you moving better.
- structural correction - fix the underlying cause of the pain and symptoms and regain normal function (as best we can)
Prevent
Teach you everything you need to know to make sure that the problem never comes back (where possible). We offer supportive and wellness chiropractic care for those who want to invest in their health that way.

Day 1:
- A Thorough consultation where we will LISTEN to you about your concerns.
- Thorough chiropractic examination.
- Neurological and Orthopaedic tests where indicated.
- Digital Postural Assessment.
- X-Rays (if clinically indicated).
Day 2:
- A 30 Minute Explanation of your results.
- Strategy session to outline what care is best for you based on your findings, IF you can be accepted for care.
- Your first set of gentle chiropractic adjustments.
